pripremiti bele kore. Umutiti dobro 5 belanaca sa 5 kasika secera u
cvrst sam. Dodati kasiku sirceta i na kraju 4 kasike griza. Promesati
kasikom pa smesu izliti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci koru na
150 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Napraviti jos jednu koru od preostalog
navedenog materijala.<br /><br />Priprema fila:<br />Umutiti
zumanca sa 10 kasika secera pa staviti fil da se skuva na pari. Skuvan
fil ostaviti da se ohladi dok pripremate braon kore.<br /><br />Priprema braon kora:<br />Umutiti
4 jaja sa 4 kasike secera dok se secer ne istopi. Dodati kasiku kakaoa i
kasiku brasna,promesati varjacom i na kraju dodati 3 kasike rendane
cokolade. Smesu izliti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci koru na
180 stepeni oko 15 minuta. Od preostalog materijala napraviti jos jednu
koru.<br /><br />Priprema fila:<br />Umutiti 100 gr slag krema sa 1 dl
mineralne vode. Razraditi 2 margarina sa 400 gr secera u prahu i dodati
ohladjenim zumancima. Dodati umucen slag krem i casu kisele pavlake.
Podeliti smesu na dva dela. Otopiti posebno belu i posebno crnu cokoladu
na pari. Dodati otopljene cokolade,crnu u jednu smesu a belu u drugu
smesu sa zumancima.<br />Umutiti preostalih 400 gr slag krema sa 4 dl mineralne vode.<br /><br />Redosled filovanja:<br />braon
kora - zuti fil - posuti mlevenim lesnicima - umucen slag - bela kora -
braon fil - posuti mlevenim lesnicima - umucen slag krem i tako dok se
ne potrose kore i filovi. Tortu po zelji dekorisati ostatkom umucenog
slag krema.<br /><br /><br />Torta je veoma ukusna. Cvrsta je i pogodna za dekorisanje fondanom.</i></span></div>

Umutiti jaje,maslac,kasiku soli i malo brasna pa dodati nadosli kvasac. Dodavati brasno po potrebi dok se ne umesi testo koje se odvaja od zidova posude u kojoj se mesi testo. Ostaviti testo da odmori oko 30 minuta pa ga onda ponovo premesiti i podeliti na dve jufke. Ostaviti da odmori oko 10 minuta pa rasklagijati testo na pravougaonik sirine pleha i sto duze i tanje testo da bude. <br /> <br /> <br /> Fil pripremiti dok se testo dize,za tih pola sata. Izruciti rogac u posudu,staviti secer pa smesu promesati i preliti vrelim mlekom da bi se seceer otopio. Promesati par puta dok se secer ne otopi dobro. Fil rasporediti po razvucenom testu,dobro rasporediti i uviti strudlu. Staviti strudle u namascen pleh i ostaviti da odmori oko 20 minuta dok se rerna ne ugreje. Peci je na 180 stepeni oko 40 minuta. </b></i></span><br />

<b>Umutiti 18 zumanca sa 250 gr secera u prahu i smesu kuvati na pari. Skuvan i ohladjen krem sjedeiniti sa 500 gr umucenog margarina. Fil podeliti na tri dela. U jedan deo staviti 100 gr otopljene cokolade,u drugi 100 gr mlevenih pecenih lesnika a u poslednji 2 kasicice kafe (trebalo bi obicne crne,ali ko ne voli moze i instant radi blazeg ukusa,ali moze i bez, kao sto sam ja, jer je deca ne bi jela).</b><br />

<b>Umutiti 400 ml slatke pavlake i filovati kora-coko fil-pola umucene slatke pavlake-kora-fil sa lesnikom-pola slatke pavlake-kora-fil sa kafom.</b><br />

<i><b>Umutiti belanca sa secerom i kada su dobro umuceni, dodati kasiku sirceta. Mutiti jos malo mikserom pa dodati mleveni keks i promesati kasikom. Sipati masu u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci na 200 stepeni oko 10 minuta. Napraviti 4 takve kore i preliti ih pripremljenim kapucinom. Ostaviti da kore upiju pripremljeni napitak.</b></i><br />

pa dodati i lešnike. Belanca umutiti u čvrst sneg i dodavati postepeno
prethodnoj smesi mešajući ručno. Peći na 180 stepeni u prethodno
zagrejanoj rerni oko 15 minuta. </b></i></span></div>

"kuvati" na pari uz često ručno mešanje oko desetak minuta. Ostaviti da
se ohladi pa zatim u frižider da se stegne. I posle hlađenja u frižideru
neće biti jako čvrsto, samo gust fil.
Penasto umutiti maslac koji ne treba da bude jako omekšao, tek toliko da
može da se muti mikserom, petnaestak minuta posle vađenja iz frižidera.
Dodavati mu postepeno čokoladni fil stalno muteći mikserom. Paziti da
se ne muti previše dugo jer će fil postajati svetliji i mekši, čim se
sjedine prestati sa mućenjem. </b></i></span></div>

brasno,so i mesiti testo pa na kraju dodati utljrano salo i brasno.
Ostaviti testo oko 30 minuta da se udvostruci. Testo razviti u obliku
kvadrata i premazati trecinom samlevenog sala i preklopiti kao pismo.
Ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. Postupak ponoviti jos najmanje tri puta.
Svaki put kada preklapate testo,uraditi istim redosledom, da testo bude
lisnato.<br />
Na kraju testo rasklagijati u obliku kvadrata,nikako mesiti. Kvadrate na
sredini puniti dzemom i krajeve skupiti. Moze se i preklapati. Redjati u

sa secerom i vanil secerom da se kuva na vatri. Umutiti jaja sa brasnom

trakice. Pomesati sve sastojke u velikoj ciniji i ostaviti da se dobro

<i><b>Za testo:<br />0,5 l mleka<br />minjon kvasca<br />kasicica secera<br />2 kasicice soli<br />1 kg brasna<br />3 jaja<br />1 dl ulja<br />200 gr margarina<br /><br />Za fil:<br />200 ml kecapa<br />kesica origana<br />200 gr sunke<br />
200 gr kackavalja<br /><br /><br />Podgrejati mleko da bude mlako. Razmrviti
minjon kvasca u mleku sa dodatkom kasicice secera i tri kasike brasna.
Ostaviti da narasta.<br />Razmutiti jaja,dodati ulje i so pa pomesati sa nadoslim kvascem. Umesiti testo i ostaviti 30 minuta da odmara.<br />
Nadoslo testo podeliti na 18 loptica. Rastopiti margarin. Svaku lopticu
rastanjiti i 5 premazati margarinom pa preklopiti sestom. Poslednju ne
mazati. Uraditi isto sa preostalim jufkicama. <br />Narendati sunku i kackavalj. Dodati origano. <br />
Rastanjiti testo u pravougaonik,posuti sunkom i kackavaljem pa sipati
kecap preko fila. Urolati. Seci rolat na kriske debljine 2 cm i redjati u
pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Svaku krisku premazati umucenim

majonez,jogurt,pavlaku. Ocistiti beli luk i provuci ga kroz presu.
Pomesati beli luk sa pripremljenom smesom. Posoliti i pobiberiti po
ukusu. Oljustiti krastavce i iseci na tanke listice. Potopiti krastavce u
